Our expert technicians will gather all the necessary information to process your computer and prepare it for diagnostic testing. This drop-off service takes only 15-20 minutes to complete in-store. Customers that submit computers by 1pm (except for Saturdays & Sundays) will receive a detailed report of the diagnostic results to help you make informed decisions about your computer repair needs, as well as a repair estimate (if a repair is required) so that you can see the full cost up-front.
